  • If the product arrives damaged, please ensure you record a clear unboxing video before opening the package. This helps us verify the issue and ensures a smooth resolution.

  • If you wish to return a product for any reason other than damage (e.g., you don’t like it), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the returned product in original condition, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
